GLAD House would like to recognize our two outstanding members of the Board of Directors, Sara Rorer and Bob Carroll. Bob has retired from the board on June 30th, and Sara has retired from her position as Board President. During their time on the Board of Directors, GLAD House has served hundreds of children of addicted parents, and successfully funded a Capital Campaign that purchased our very own facility in O’Bryonville.
It is in large part due to Sara and Bob’s dedication and commitment to excellence that GLAD House has made such a positive impact in the Cincinnati community. They have both contributed significantly to the quality of the GLAD House programs, policies, and outreach.
Sara Rorer has recently retired from Taft Law. She has served on the GLAD House Board of Directors for 12 years thus far, and as Board President for 9 years. She has been a member of the executive committee, personnel committee, governance committee, and program committee.
Bob Carroll is the Managing Director at Carnegie Investment Counsel. He has served as a member of the GLAD House Board of Directors for 10 years, and has been a member of the finance committee, personnel committee, and development committee.
Sara will be continuing as a member of the Board of Directors, and both Sara and Bob will be continuing their participation in several of the committees.
