Inside and Outside Masks

Masks are something that we have become more familiar with in the past year and have served as a reminder that what is presented on the outside does not always reflect what someone has dealt with on the inside. There are many obstacles and challenging situations that we face, but there are also many things that help us to overcome and get through these difficult times.

Each of the GLAD House kids got to show off their creativity and individuality by designing their own masks and reflecting on the obstacles they have overcome by writing them on the inside of their masks. On the outside they shared some of the things that helped them to be resilient.
